Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Certifications
Current state licensure as a
Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications such as neuro rehab or geriatric specialties are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills
