Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge preparations, and home exercise regimens. Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering to facility standards and regulatory requirements. Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless coordination of care. Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Certifications
Licensure as a
Physical Therapist
in California. CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not essential. Skills
Prior experience is highly favored. Proficient in treating patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Adaptive to using digital charting and clinical documentation platforms. Benefits
