We've done a great job making a difference to the world of wellness providers and are looking for our next set of Account Executives to help us go even further! Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, and influencers that can accelerate our SaaS platform's growth. This role focuses on establishing new channels, reseller partnerships, and alliances, while fostering long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual success. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to define and execute partnership strategies that deliver new revenue streams and broaden our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals, including identifying high-value partners such as technology providers, resellers, consultants, and industry influencers. Lead Partnership Identification:

Research and target potential partners that align with our product offerings, market segments, and growth goals. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Partnership Negotiation and Agreements:

Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms. Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. Build Strong Relationships:

Develop and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the partner within the company. Collaboration Across Teams:

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored partner enablement programs, co-marketing campaigns, and joint sales efforts. Partner Enablement:

Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully promote and sell our SaaS solutions. Ensure partners have the support they need to succeed. Co-Sell and Co-Marketing Initiatives:

Collaborate with partners on joint sales efforts, lead generation, and co-marketing activities, ensuring alignment between the company’s goals and the partner’s capabilities. Monitor and Track Partnership Performance:

Regularly assess the effectiveness of partnerships and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Provide ongoing support to improve partner performance and achieve mutual goals. Market Research & Trends:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and market dynamics to continually refine the partnership strategy and capitalize on new opportunities. Partnership Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the success of partnerships and business development efforts. What you’ll Bring: 6+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred Ability to source, design, negotiate and implement net-new partnerships Foundational understanding of integrations and how they interact through APIs Experience in developing and presenting a business case to persuade senior stakeholders into taking a recommended action, including creating financial support, generating data-driven insights, and telling a compelling story Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately Comfort in absorbing an unstructured set of thoughts and developing a strategic vision to execute High motivation, initiative and positive attitude Knowledge of healthcare/wellness Industry preferred Pay: The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range for this position is $160,000.00 to $200,000 per year and comprises of Base Pay and commission.
