Job Description
Our client is a trusts and estates law firm in Westchester County. We are looking for a legal administrative assistant with office experience to support attorneys and paralegals. Law office experience is preferred. The candidate should be a team player, personable, a self-starter, highly organized, professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. The responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling meetings for attorneys, drafting and proofreading legal forms, maintaining client files, answering phones, handling client billing and payments, and sorting and scanning mail. Requirements include experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new software. The position offers a new office space with free parking and an on-site cafeteria. The location is accessible via major highways and is close to downtown White Plains. Company Description
