Job Description
Our client is a trusts and estates law firm in Westchester County. We are looking for a legal administrative assistant with office experience to support attorneys and paralegals; law office experience is a preferred. The candidate should be a team player who is a personable self-starter, highly organized, professional, hard-working, and detailed oriented. Among other administrative duties, the position entails coordinating and scheduling meetings for attorneys, drafting and proofreading legal forms, maintaining client files, answering phones, handling client billing and entering payments, and sorting and scanning mail. Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook and be quick to learn new software. New office space with free parking and a cafeteria on site. Located near all major highways and convenient to downtown White Plains.
