Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Concentrix is seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design for the Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 CRM transformation. This role will be responsible for designing scalable architecture, defining integration patterns, overseeing data migration strategy, and aligning delivery to Microsoft best practices. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to ensure secure, performant, and maintainable solutions across both Sales and Customer Service modules. Responsibilities: Design and own the overall technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service, including custom components and Power Platform integrations Define data migration architecture, mapping, and security models to support phased cutover from Salesforce and legacy systems Lead integration design for external systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Office 365 using Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, or REST APIs Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment with solution designs, coding standards, and DevOps practices Oversee environment strategy (Dev, Test, Training, Prod) including CI/CD pipeline design, ALM, and governance practices Serve as an escalation point and mentor across delivery teams, ensuring solution consistency and risk mitigation Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design roles, including 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service) Expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, AD, Functions), and API architecture Deep knowledge of Microsoft best practices for security, extensibility, and performance tuning Demonstrated ability to lead complex data migration and multi-system integration projects Strong understanding of role-based security models, auditing, and compliance in a cloud CRM environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Architect Experience with Salesforce or AS400-to-D365 migrations Prior leadership in global delivery teams using hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) methodologies Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for work tracking and deployment The base salary range for this position is $106,087 $150,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
