Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions, including integrations with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with enterprise goals. Hybrid

Santa Ana, CA Long term Contract Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. Define solution roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and integration patterns across Dynamics, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. Leverage Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) to extend Dynamics functionality and automate business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and recommend best practices. Guide development teams on customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, and API integrations. Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across environments. Provide technical leadership in data migration, deployment strategies, DevOps (CI/CD), and environment management. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, emerging features, and recommend adoption strategies. Mentor and support junior consultants, developers, and administrators. Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) architecture and solution delivery. Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Experience with Dataverse, Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management). Proficiency in integration strategies, including REST APIs, middleware, and connectors. Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.). Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub) for CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of security model, role-based access control, and governance within Dynamics and Power Platform. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Equal Opportunity Employer:
