Healthcare Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This is a part-time, in-office role three days per week. This long-term contract position requires someone who excels in organizational tasks and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a vital role in supporting administrative operations and ensuring seamless coordination across various functions. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and time management. Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, organizing files, and completing essential tasks. Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings and itinerary preparation. Process and export necessary documents while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Facilitate conference calls and prepare meeting materials as needed. Order supplies to maintain inventory and ensure the availability of essential resources. Coordinate meetings, including room reservations and agenda preparation. Support healthcare staff by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. Requirements: Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling. Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in booking travel arrangements and preparing itineraries. Familiarity with document export and import procedures. Competence in managing conference calls and meeting coordination. Ability to order and manage office supplies effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in a healthcare or related industry is a plus.
