Human Resources Manager - ISP

Join a growing ISP as their Human Resources Manager! This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead HR operations for a dynamic company serving residential and commercial customers across the U.S. If you're passionate about shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and driving talent strategies, this is the role for you! Responsibilities: Oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and payroll. Develop and implement policies, training programs, and talent strategies to support company growth. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments, from job postings to offer extensions. Process payroll semi-monthly and manage employee transactions. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 4-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
