Litigation Associate Attorney A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its Litigation and Trial practice group. This role involves handling complex civil litigation for a diverse client base, including international enterprises, institutional investors, established businesses, startups, and individuals. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial and appeals. Draft motions, conduct discovery, and perform legal research. Participate in pretrial, trial, and appellate proceedings. Work on cases involving business and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, class actions, securities litigation, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, professional malpractice, and personal injury. Requirements
