Insurance Defense Attorney
to join its growing team. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and strong client relationships.
About the Role:
You will take ownership of a diverse docket, managing cases from inception through resolution. This is a strong career move for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow within a respected defense practice.
Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Conduct legal research and provide sound strategic guidance to clients.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents.
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts.
Collaborate closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
Minimum 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently.
