Job Description: Radiation Technologist
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Radiation Technologist, where your expertise will make a significant impact on patient care. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a 91-week contract offering a shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. This position requires candidates to have a minimum of 24 months of current experience in Radiation Technology and active certifications from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiologic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain and operate radiographic equipment according to safety standards.
- Manage patient information and maintain meticulous records.
Requirements:
- Must have an active license and adhere to specific background requirements.
- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered, so please indicate your home state.
- Must provide a copy of your driver's license upon submission.
- Active certifications (ARRT and BLS) must be included in your application.
- No license hits are allowed.
Submission Guidelines:
- A completed cover page must be provided, including all request highlights.
- List all facilities and shifts you are open to working in.
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 7 days and cannot exceed this time frame, especially in the first week of assignment or on holidays.
- A skills checklist specific to radiologic technology that is less than a year old is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 24 months of travel experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work in various departments and locations as needed.
