Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 24 months of current experience in radiologic technology, with specialized expertise in Open Heart Surgery and proficiency in using the Siemens Artis Zeego system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per facility protocols.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance standards in radiologic technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 24 months of current Rad Tech experience (required).
- Expertise in Open Heart Surgery and experience with Siemens Artis Zeego system (required).
- Certifications must be active upon submission and include:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) or American Red Cross (required).
- Active state license, with verification not exceeding 30 days old (required).
- No license hits (required).
- Preference for candidates with travel experience.
Submission Requirements:
- Completed cover page with all relevant details.
- Updated resume detailing facilities worked at, facility size, number of beds, trauma level, and units.
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
- Include a copy of your driver's license, clearly showing a non-AZ home address.
Additional Information:
- Guaranteed Hours: 32
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
- On-call schedule and weekend requirements to be determined by the facility.
