About the Role: Driftwood is seeking a warm, polished, and guest-focused individual to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the first and last impression for our spa guests—offering exceptional service, presenting our boutique with pride, and supporting the overall flow of our wellness space.
This is not your average front desk job. At Driftwood, we create elevated, luxury experiences—and we’re looking for someone who brings warmth, precision, and professionalism to every guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with grace, warmth, and professionalism
Lead guests through our spa welcome ritual: robe sizing, locker tour, hot neck roll presentation, beverage service
Manage appointment flow using our Zenoti booking system
Support boutique sales by recommending products tied to spa services
Maintain luxury standards throughout the guest journey, from phone calls to farewell
Execute opening/closing duties and support hospitality resets between treatments
Pay Structure:
$10-$12/hour base
5% monthly commission on individual boutique sales
Up to 10% commission as monthly sales increase
Bonus opportunities tied to team rebooking rate and retail/service conversion goals
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments
Strong interpersonal skills and a love for creating memorable guest moments
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Team player with a calm, composed presence—even on busy days
Schedule: Part-time position. Must be available for 2–3 weeknight evening shifts and Saturday, Sunday shifts.
