The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the VP in managing all business development activities related to project finance, infrastructure finance, syndication, M&A finance, and structured finance. This includes a strong focus on growing the loan portfolio through customer engagement, needs assessment, marketing plan development, and credit analysis. The role also involves ensuring compliance with KYC, BSA, AML, and other regulatory requirements for both new and existing loans.

Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President/Associate include conducting credit risk analysis, preparing credit recommendation reports, and overseeing loan documentation and performance. The role also encompasses business development and customer relationship management, such as maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies.
