In this role, you will partner with the VP to spearhead business development activities across various financing sectors including project finance, infrastructure finance, syndication, M&A finance, and structured finance. Your primary objective will be to expand our loan portfolio through proactive customer engagement, thorough needs assessment, and strategic marketing initiatives. You will also ensure all new and existing loans comply with KYC, BSA, AML, and other regulatory standards, underpinning our commitment to risk management and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive credit risk analysis and preparing insightful credit recommendation reports. Overseeing loan documentation and monitoring loan performance. Developing and nurturing client relationships to identify new business opportunities. Implementing effective marketing strategies to drive client engagement. Managing portfolio performance and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. Staying informed of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
