We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi-Company Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of multiple businesses, including a real estate team, real estate investments, mortgage, title, and other related small businesses. This role requires expertise in payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, multiple P&Ls, and tax preparation, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: •

Payroll & Compensation:

Process payroll and bonuses for multiple companies, ensuring accurate commission splits and preparing payment forms for real estate agents. •

Financial Planning & Projections:

Develop and maintain budgets, run financial projections, and provide insights to support business growth. •

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage invoices, payments, and collections across all entities, including rental income and vendor payments. •

Bookkeeping & Compliance:

Maintain accurate financial records, oversee bookkeeping, and ensure timely tax filings. •

Regulatory & Business Compliance:

Keep all businesses up to date with necessary licenses, renewals, and financial reporting requirements. •

General Accounting Support:

Assist with various accounting-related tasks, reporting, and reconciliation as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of real estate commission structures, payroll processing, and financial forecasting. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and spreadsheet tools. • Ability to manage multiple entities and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
