Salary and Benefits Annual salary range of $105,000 - $134,000 Annual retention and performance bonuses Health Insurance: Employer contributes 90% Vision and Dental Insurance 17 Days Paid Time Off + 8 Sick Days 9 Paid Holidays Retirement Package: 403(B) with Employer Match Life Insurance Coverage Short- and Long-Term Disability Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Up to 85% Student Loan Repayment through Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Travel Reimbursement Professional Development Opportunities Tickets at Work & Employee Perks Solid track record of internal growth and promotion Responsibilities Direct oversight of site nursing managers and chronic care nurse manager Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate RN, LPN, and MA staffing and performance Lead Chronic Care Management and act as primary contact for the ACO Oversee the Vaccine for Children Program, infection control, and occupational health processes Foster an environment where nursing staff practice at the top of their licensure and skillset Develop onboarding and continuing education curriculum for RNs, LPNs, and MAs Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staffing, performance, and patient outcomes Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality, compliance, patient access, utilization management, and strategy Lead readiness for regulatory surveys (Joint Commission, NCQA, DPH, FTCA, HRSA) Manage clinical supplies, equipment, and adherence to safety standards Participate in budget development with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Medical Director Conduct patient satisfaction reviews and act on feedback to enhance care delivery Run the annual Flu clinic for employees Travel to both Brighton and Waltham sites and attend required leadership/clinical meetings Requirements Active RN license in Massachusetts (required) Masters Degree preferred 5+ years RN experience, including 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience 3+ years in primary care or community health Experience with nurse management in complex healthcare systems Current BLS certification Strong knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) preferred Commitment to patient-centered care and reducing healthcare disparities Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse populations Flexible to attend off-hour or weekend meetings as needed About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
