New Business Developer

to join our Miami teamsomeone with a strong network in the local design-build industry and a passion for bringing exceptional design to life. Position Overview

The New Business Developer will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and high-end homeowners. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Pedini by Darusos presence in the South Florida market, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving strategic growth across residential and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach within the design and construction community. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and developers in the luxury residential and commercial sectors. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase market awareness and visibility. Lead initial client meetings, deliver presentations, and articulate the brands value proposition and capabilities. Collaborate with internal design and estimating teams to develop proposals, budgets, and timelines. Track and manage leads, pipeline activity, and performance using CRM tools (HubSpot) Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and market demands. Ensure a consultative sales approach that reflects the sophistication and service level of a luxury brand. Qualifications

Minimum 35 years of experience in business development or sales within luxury interiors, millwork, kitchen cabinetry, or the design/construction industry. Existing network of relevant industry contacts in the South Florida design community strongly preferred. Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value projects with both trade professionals and private clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with architectural drawings, millwork shop drawings, and material selections. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional demeanor with a passion for design, craftsmanship, and detail. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
