Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts, is embarking on an ambitious venture to launch a fleet of Four Seasons Yachts, setting a new standard in ultra-luxury yachting.
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role will provide executive-level administrative support while overseeing complex global travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless balance between efficiency, cost optimization, and the world-class experience expected of Four Seasons Yachts.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting C-suite leaders, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. They will be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while representing the company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEOs calendar to facilitate effective scheduling of meetings across time zones and swiftly resolving any calendar conflicts.
Schedule meetings, interviews and conference calls including preparing agendas and materials and coordinating all logistics.
Serve as a trusted liaison for the CEO with both internal and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate all travel for the CEO and Executive Committee, including flights, hotels, transfers, and business-related reservations.
Work with the companys travel partner to identify optimal routes and options, balancing cost efficiency with premium employee experience.
Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless execution of all travel logistics.
Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and provide end-to-end support during travel.
Process and reconcile executive expenses related to travel and administration.
Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and schedules.
Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed to enable leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (CEO or C-suite preferred).
Bachelors degree preferred or comparable relevant experience required.
Proven track record in managing complex, international travel logistics.
Background in luxury hospitality or working with high-profile executives is strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
Based in South Florida.
