The successful candidate will be a key member of the Investment Team, with a focus on managing deal execution, sourcing, credit analysis, financial statement and model review, scenario modeling, and portfolio monitoring. This role requires a passionate individual with an excellent understanding of specialty finance and asset-backed corporate finance, particularly in the fintech space. Responsibilities include being a significant contributor to deal sourcing, drafting investment memos, leading commercial due diligence, and underwriting investment opportunities using collateral-specific credit analyses. Applicants for the Private Credit Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' of experience in structured or asset-based finance, private credit investing, or debt capital markets/leveraged finance. A strong knowledge of credit underwriting and accounting principles is essential, as is a professional network in the fintech and specialty finance ecosystems. The role demands advanced Excel skills, with Alteryx experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at reviewing diligence materials, particularly in the manipulation of loan tapes for credit analysis, and will be able to demonstrate a solid intuition for the relevant topics and risks involved in the investment process.
