About the Role
The company is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Credit Vice President to join our dynamic global investing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in managing deal execution, sourcing, and comprehensive credit analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing in-depth financial statement and model review.
Engaging in scenario modeling and active portfolio monitoring.
Contributing significantly to deal sourcing and drafting detailed investment memos.
Leading thorough commercial due diligence processes.
Underwriting investment opportunities through collateral-specific credit analyses.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in structured or asset-based finance, private credit investing, or in debt capital markets/leveraged finance. A robust understanding of credit underwriting and accounting principles is essential, along with a well-established professional network within the fintech and specialty finance ecosystems.
Additional requirements include advanced Excel skills, with Alteryx experience being advantageous. You should be skilled in reviewing diligence materials and adept at manipulating loan tapes for thorough credit analysis. The right candidate will exhibit a strong intuition regarding relevant topics and risks related to the investment process.
