About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Earned Consumer Health Media to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a leading voice in the earned consumer health media landscape, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key media influencers. This role is pivotal in developing and executing integrated media strategies that align with the rapidly evolving media landscape and position clients for success. The Vice President will be responsible for serving as the senior day-to-day earned media lead for a high-profile pharmaceutical client, leveraging existing media relationships to secure top-tier coverage, and actively contributing to the development of innovative and impactful campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' of communications agency experience, including at least 3 years' in a day-to-day earned media lead role in consumer health, and a deep understanding of the integrated communications landscape. They should be passionate about creativity, have superb management skills, and a collaborative, inspiring leadership style. The role also involves participating in new business pitches, driving the agency's approach to integrated media strategy, and contributing to thought leadership activities. The Vice President will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to lead with kindness and humanity.
