Compensation: On-target earnings (OTE) around $250K and top performers reaching up to $400K. Base salary ranges from $90K to $150K (depending on experience), and the package includes a monthly vehicle allowance, company-provided laptop and phone, and a dedicated marketing budget to support your territory!
Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for selling infusion therapy services to specialty clinics within GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and IVIG. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and representing our client's services throughout Ohio and surrounding states.
Job Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas, with reach across Ohio and neighboring states. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic administrators, and other decision-makers. Stay informed on the latest trends in infusion therapy and targeted specialties. Develop and deliver customized sales presentations tailored to each clinic's needs. Serve as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams to improve service offerings. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer engagement using CRM software. Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to engage with potential and existing clients. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within GI, Neurology, Dermatology, or Rheumatology. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
