Job Description: As a Litigation Legal Assistant you will be an essential part of our litigation team, providing critical support in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial activities. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and court officials to manage case files, assist with legal research, and ensure all documents and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with preparing and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas. Draft correspondence, legal documents, and affidavits as needed. Organize and maintain case files, including managing document discovery and evidence. Assist with legal research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents. Prepare and track filings with courts, including e-filing and hard-copy submissions. Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses for case preparation and deposition scheduling. Manage trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing binders, and coordinating trial logistics. Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates on case progress. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling hearings, meetings, and maintaining attorney calendars. Ensure that all deadlines are met and documents are filed in accordance with court rules. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally within a litigation-focused environment. In-depth knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and legal terminology. Strong proficiency in document management, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of e-filing systems and case management software is preferred. Paralegal certification or relevant legal training is preferred but not required.
