Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Level 3 Principal Financial Analyst to contribute to top-tier financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan
- Manage program financials including forecasting, reporting, profitability, and working capital analysis
- Prepare analytical reports supporting cost variance and trend analysis
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to improve financial metrics
- Develop and present reports to leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master's with 3+ years experience
- Experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, COBRA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active DoD clearance (Secret or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Expertise in financial analysis and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- CPA License and knowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS are a plus
Compensation
Salary ranges depend on location: Florida: $78,700 - $118,100; California: $91,200 - $136,800. Specific offers depend on experience and geography. Benefits include health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO. Bonuses and incentives may apply.
