- Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Compact or Alabama state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the Gadsden healthcare facility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other nursing units as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
