Med/Surg RN Job Details Location: High Point, North Carolina (zip 27262) Healthcare Setting: Teaching Hospital, Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center Unit: ADTU - Med/Surg/Telemetry (6 beds) Employment Type: Locum Tenens, Travel Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7pm start) Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/29/2025, End: 12/26/2025) Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Parking: Free, on-campus Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (Registered Nurse) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience Experience with telemetry monitoring and clinical support Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC preferred) Strong clinical skills in caring for patients with CHF, syncope, chest pain, COPD, and pneumonia First-time travel nurses are welcome!
