This position requires a dedicated professional who can bring extensive experience to our cardiac surgery team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in cardiac surgical procedures as an RNFA, ensuring high standards of care.- Perform Endoscopic Vein Harvesting efficiently, maintaining a focus on patient safety and outcomes.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an acute care setting, offering support during procedures.- Be available for on-call duties, required to take call for potential callback shifts.- Float to Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV, as needed. Schedule: - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM- Must be able to take call for up to one week at a time, with potential for two weeks per month. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Cardiac Surgery RNFA with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting proficiency.- Ability to travel as required.- Current RN license.- BLS certification required.- Experience with the EPIC charting system preferred.- BSN is not required. Guaranteed Hours: - 40 hours per week Contract Length: - 91 weeks Cancellation Policy: - 2 shifts for a 13-week assignment/extension; 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
