Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Planner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on planning and coordinating maintenance activities. This role will manage the parts department and support the maintenance team in ensuring smooth operations. Leadership experience is a plus, but a four-year degree is not required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities. Manage the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Coordinate with maintenance technicians to prioritize and plan repair tasks. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptions. Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion. Develop and maintain records of work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase equipment reliability. Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (4-year degree not required). Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on maintenance planning. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience managing inventory or parts departments is preferred. Leadership experience is a plus. Proficiency in using maintenance software and basic computer applications.
