What Youll Do
As Plant Controller, you will oversee all financial functions related to plant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Youll work closely with operations leadership to drive profitability, ensure cost control, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plant-level financial operations, reporting, and analysis
• Drive standard cost development and variance analysis
• Partner with plant and corporate leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze manufacturing costs and identify areas for efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Support capital project analysis and investment decisions
• Help build and mentor the plant finance team (if applicable)
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing accounting
• Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory management
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
