Plant Controller needed for a Leading Manufacturing Innovator

Plant Controller's Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions, including cost and variance analysis, inventory management, and operational reviews
• Lead timely and accurate financial closingsmonthly, quarterly, and annually
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards
• Develop and enforce robust internal controls and accounting policies
• Strengthen reporting and analytics to support strategic business decisions
• Manage capital expenditure planning and budgeting processes
  

What You Bring As The Next Plant Controller

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Background in audit (internal or external) is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) preferred
