Finance Manager: American Heritage School in American Fork, Utah, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the abilities to support the business office by producing timely and accurate financial reporting of accounts payable and accounts receivable, manage payroll processing, and interface professionally with customers and employees. The Manager will maintain journal entries and payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate financial reporting of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
  • Conduct monthly budget-to-actual reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processing with precision and timeliness.
  • Interface professionally with customers and employees, while fostering relationships of trust and confidence.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain strength with data and systems to support financial operations.

Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of on-the-job experience.

Salary: $55000 - $65000 per year
