Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiting Lead to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. The role involves building recruitment processes, developing the team, and ensuring high-quality hiring for international projects.
Type of cooperation: Full-time
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company OKRs, lead the Recruiting Office, improve processes, and analyze recruitment data.
- Team Management & Development: Mentor recruiters, conduct feedback sessions, oversee onboarding, and manage team performance and retention.
- Process Ownership: Manage full-cycle recruitment, standardize workflows, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Align hiring with project needs, represent recruitment in client meetings, and report regularly.
You will be part of a team including 3 researchers, 4 recruiters, and the Head of Recruiting and HR.
Tools used: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma
Requirements:
- 6+ years in IT recruitment, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing, ATS, analytics, and automation.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Desired Skills: ATS proficiency, sourcing techniques, data-driven recruitment, legal knowledge, and candidate onboarding skills.
Soft Skills: Workload planning, strategic focus, mentorship, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Hiring process stages: Call, HR interview, test task, final interview with leadership.
