Responsibilities
- Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing effective job posting templates, monitoring candidate sourcing, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Fills corporate and senior-level job requisitions in a timely manner.
- Oversees the ATS system and operates as a super user.
- Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, acceptance rates, and workflow conversion rates.
- Manages the onboarding of new employees.
- Develops new recruitment strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Provides guidance to hiring managers about the recruitment process and any challenges.
- Contributes to the development and enhancement of the company brand to recruit top talent.
- Ensures that recruitment processes adhere to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience supervising teams is highly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Able to identify areas of opportunity and offer creative and effective solutions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
