Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring mid-level talent across Walmart Corporate Functions. Design and manage strategic recruiting initiatives that attract talent in critical segments. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce plans and maintain appropriate recruiter capacity. Present recruiting data, market trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess performance and identify improvements. Drive operational excellence, predictable, and repeatable processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience. 5+ years of people leadership experience, with success in coaching, employee development, and performance management. Experience partnering with RPO, Recruitment Marketing, and Sourcing Partners. Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges using sound judgment and critical thinking. Ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences, including leadership. Proven ability to manage recruiting projects from strategy to execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other tools.
