The successful candidate will handle strategic legal matters, oversee multiple cases, and contribute to business development. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive commercial real estate experience aiming to grow in a collaborative environment. Location: Miami, FL Duties: Manage multiple legal matters from start to finish. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, paying close attention to detail. Work independently to produce high-quality legal work and meet billing targets. Drive business growth through individual and team efforts. Maintain the highest ethical standards in legal practice. Lead and delegate tasks to junior staff, including attorneys, paralegals, and administrative personnel. Mentor junior team members to foster professional development. Take a lead role in client matters and participate actively in client teams. Support the firm’s values, including diversity and inclusion initiatives. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed attorney specializing in commercial real estate. Ability to make independent decisions on client matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership skills, including delegation and mentoring. Team-oriented with initiative-taking capabilities. Alignment with the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida. Business development and client relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
