A law firm is actively seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Florida-licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney. This is a remote, full-time position designed for an attorney with strong oral and written advocacy skills, capable of managing a high volume of commercial collection and subrogation cases. This opportunity allows for meaningful professional impact while offering a competitive compensation structure. Location Duties Manage a high volume of commercial collection and subrogation litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and writing Appear for hearings (remote and in-person as required) Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Regularly communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff Handle digital documentation and case files efficiently Requirements Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar Proven ability to handle commercial litigation matters independently Experience with remote legal operations preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume caseload Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications Must possess an active Florida Bar license Skills Civil litigation experience, particularly in commercial collections and subrogation Strong written and oral advocacy Ability to manage digital case management systems Strong negotiation and client communication skills Proficiency in legal research tools and platforms Bonus structure based on case recoveries (total compensation up to $200,000) 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off (20 days annually) Paid federal holidays Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
