This DC law firm is seeking an HR Manager to spearhead attracting top-tier legal and administrative talent while promoting a dynamic and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both legal and administrative staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates at all levels. Shape and execute HR strategies that enhance recruitment, retention, and professional development while maintaining compliance with employment policies. Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration process. Enhance firm culture by proactively identifying opportunities to foster collaboration, engagement, and professional growth. Manage relationships with attorneys, leadership, and external partners to maintain a strong talent pipeline. You possess at least seven or more years of experience in HR, recruiting or talent management, preferably in the legal industry. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Communication. You excel at building relationships and can confidently engage with attorneys, firm leadership, and external partners. Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. Strategic thinking. You see the big picture and enjoy creating and refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Accountability. You take ownership of your work, thrive on problem-solving, and are motivated to drive results. Discretion. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
