Your Next Opportunity: The Project Manager II is a senior role overseeing multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. You will support two to four small-to-medium projects or one to two large projects concurrently. This position requires onsite work five days a week and involves mentoring junior staff. What You'll Do: Train and guide Project Assistants and Project Managers I in project tracking Plan and organize projects under senior supervision Supervise and train project team members Establish project objectives, policies, and standards Negotiate and supervise change orders Coordinate with clients and architects to facilitate construction Support construction activities on-site with foremen and superintendents Address and resolve project issues proactively Represent the company in meetings Prepare and negotiate change quotations Manage project finances and reporting Assist in developing new business opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum five years of project management experience Success Factors: Strong performance management skills Extensive safety knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Effective communication skills Self-motivated and team-oriented Professional interaction with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients Travel:

Up to 25% Working Conditions: Work may be on active construction sites or in the office Environmental conditions vary; activity includes sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
