As a Staff Product Manager, Homeowner, you'll be a key player in spearheading the creation of a groundbreaking new homeowner product, shaping its vision, strategy, and roadmap to align seamlessly with our organizational goals. From ideation to execution, you'll lead cross-functional teams in crafting a compelling value proposition that resonates with our customers. Your exceptional ability to inspire, collaborate, and drive results will be pivotal in bringing this vision to life and building our organization's next big thing. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead efforts to identify near and long-term opportunities, shaping product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals. Foster consensus and clarity across teams, demonstrating initiative and executing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Research teams to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with customers. Cultivate a culture of active leadership, emphasizing accountability, support, and a commitment to excellence. Promote creativity and innovation within teams, encouraging fresh perspectives and bold ideas to address sustainability challenges. Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in prototype development. Embrace a scrappy, "in the trenches" mentality, driving from zero to one in building innovative solutions. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Minimum of 8 years of experience in building successful, customer-centric digital products within a rapidly growing company. Proven track record in building and launching zero-to-one consumer products, preferably in consumer social, marketplaces, or financial services. Skilled in uncovering non-obvious customer needs and synthesizing research to define problems effectively. Resilient and proactive in challenging the status quo to drive improvement. Inspires the company with bold, game-changing ideas and effectively delivers solutions to address customer problems. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences in a structured manner. Develops, adjusts, and champions roadmaps, breaking down projects into MVPs to maximize customer value with minimal effort. Ability to make informed decisions based on data, facts, and insights, while also being comfortable with quick decision-making in the absence of complete data. $205,000 - $215,000 a year In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus and equity.
