Key Responsibilities: Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models thatsupport operational and analytical needs. Create and maintain data models that align with industry standards (e.g.,ACORD) and internal architecture frameworks. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance teams tounderstand business data requirements. Translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable datastructures. Ensure data models are optimized for performance, integrity, and scalability. Support data integration initiatives across source systems, data lakes, and datawarehouses. Work with data governance teams to define data standards, dictionaries, andmetadata. Document data models, mappings, and lineage using tools such as ER/Studio,Erwin, or PowerDesigner. Mentor junior modelers and analysts on best practices in data design andmodeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data modeling, with at least 3+ years in the Property& Casualty Insurance domain. Deep understanding of P&C insurance data including policy, claims, billing, andcustomer data. Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques.

Strong command of SQL and experience working with data warehouses,relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc and cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, or GCP Experience working with data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management. Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline collaboration. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Familiarity with insurance data models (e.g., ACORD, IBM Insurance DataWarehouse Understanding of data lake and lakehouse architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, DataScience, or a related field.
