We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a creative, energetic, and organized individual to oversee programming and daily activities for children from kindergarten to 4th grade at our Concord, NH location. The Program Director manages daily operations, supervises staff, handles personnel issues, manages budgets, and oversees community relations, volunteers, and membership administration. Responsibilities

Prepares Youth for Success

Plans and oversees programs supporting Youth Development Outcomes. Establishes program objectives aligned with organizational goals. Ensures daily program activities meet standards and goals. Complies with childcare licensing requirements. Encourages member participation and skill development. Demonstrates leadership for proper conduct and safety. Program Development and Implementation

Maintains program goals ensuring health and safety. Evaluates programs and tracks outcome metrics. Manages program expenditures within budget. Supervision

Allocates work to staff and volunteers, providing feedback and training. Maintains records and reports on activities and participation. Ensures effective performance of staff and volunteers. Oversees special programs and increases program visibility. Requirements

The candidate must be at least 20 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet one of the following criteria: Qualified and employed as a site director in a school program before 2017. Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college. Certification as a recreation director plus 1000 hours of experience. 12 credits in a related field plus 1000 hours of experience. Current certification as an educator. 2000 hours of experience working with children, with additional certifications or coursework as specified. Additional Expectations
