Were looking for a talented

Ad-Operations Manager

to support Fishbrains advertising business. Driving campaigns from launch to optimization & reporting, supporting the customer success management and execution. Youll be responsible for optimizing our ad solutions that align with Fishbrains user-first approach, ensuring a seamless experience while maximizing revenue potential. You are supporting building up our business unit from a traffic & operational and customer success perspective. What youll be working on:

Customer Campaign management and optimization

daily campaign handling, collection of needed assets, customer handling and execution for campaigns at Fishbrain. From ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

Support implementation & possible troubleshooting of technical solution, act as platform specialist.

Working with our US Business Development team.

Working in collaboration with the technical and development teams.

Drive ad monetization across platforms

Work closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to implement high-performing, user-friendly ad solutions.

Build and optimize programmatic advertising

Improve revenue streams through programmatic ad placements, header bidding, and advanced ad-serving strategies.

Leverage data for performance insights

Use analytics tools to monitor and refine ad placements, formats, and targeting strategies for better engagement and revenue.

What we are fishing for:

2+ years of experience in ad-tech platform management , preferably in a mobile-first environment.

2+ years of experience in ad-campaign management.

Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem , including programmatic advertising, video monetization, header bidding, and mediation platforms.

Experience with in-app advertising and mobile ad monetization.

Understanding of direct-sold advertising

Familiarity with managing and optimizing direct-sold ad sales campaigns preferably within an app environment.

Analytical knowledge and understanding & performance optimization -

experienced in working with for example Google Looker Studio, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

You should be a customer success thinker with a passion for both user experience and revenue growth, able to work independently and collaboratively within a highly skilled team.
