About The Role The Account Executive maintains persistency on an assigned book of business and oversees all aspects of SNS’s consulting services provided to clients.

Core Responsibilities

Retain existing clients across coverage lines including Group Life, Disability, AD&D, Dental, and Voluntary Benefits.

Support new business opportunities with existing clients.

Oversee service delivery, utilizing internal and external resources.

Build partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure top-tier service.

Develop strategies for renewals, RFPs, and client projects.

Maintain detailed client histories and plan ahead for renewals.

Understand client business goals and align strategies accordingly.

Present plans and underwriting components confidently to clients.

Stay current with vendor offerings and market trends.

Ensure quality and accuracy of all client deliverables.

Build trust through superior service and reliability.

Manage and mentor up to 3 Account Managers/Senior Account Managers.

Support training and development of team members.

Oversee administrative tasks, including client tracking, audits, and CRM updates.

Skills Needed

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar lead role with large-scale group insurance accounts.

Strong relationship-building and retention skills.

Expertise in benefits including disability, life, voluntary benefits, dental, and vision.

Technical knowledge of contracts, plan design, and vendor capabilities.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
