Fast Casual Multi-Unit General Manager
Qualities and Responsibilities
3+ years in a multi-unit leadership position of at least 4 restaurant locations Extensive fast-casual leadership experience Drive excellence and lead teams in multiple locations A coach mentality Ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people New restaurant opening experience Desire to work hands-on with the team during service - this is not a desk job Strong communication skills with zero ego Bilingual is a HUGE plus! (Spanish-English) Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
