Fast Casual Multi-Unit General Manager Benefits

• Base salary up to 100k based on experience

Fast Casual Multi-Unit General Manager Qualities and Responsibilities

• 3+ years in a multi-unit leadership position of at least 4 restaurant locations
• Extensive fast-casual leadership experience
• Drive excellence and lead teams in multiple locations
• A coach mentality
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
• New restaurant opening experience
• Desire to work hands-on with the team during service - this is not a desk job
• Strong communication skills with zero ego
• Bilingual is a HUGE plus! (Spanish-English)
• Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
