About the Role
The Company is in search of a President to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, with a primary focus on ensuring the success of the institution's mission, academic integrity, fiscal stability, enrollment, fundraising, personnel development, and physical plant management. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, innovative, visionary, and strategic leader, working closely with the Board of Trustees to develop and execute a strategy that aligns with the College's mission and vision. This role requires a passion for providing a quality education to a diverse student body, including both traditional and non-traditional students. The President will be responsible for leading a large and diverse community, including full-time and adjunct faculty, and staff, and must be committed to the values of the institution.
The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a proven record of successful leadership and managerial skills, with a strong preference for a terminal degree in an academic setting. However, individuals with outstanding success in business, the military, or other professional careers outside of academia are also encouraged to apply. The role demands an effective fundraiser with strong business management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to make decisions and take appropriate risks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to the values of the institution and a student-centric approach. The President will be expected to provide dynamic and visionary leadership, ensuring that the College continues to improve lives through quality education.
