Sr. Sales Manager As the

Senior Sales Manager,

you will generate and manage group business from business travelers, associations, and other segments through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and customized proposals. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and achieve revenue targets. This role reports to the General Manager.

The SpringHill Suites Orange Beach on the Wharf is strategically positioned at The Wharf, an all-suite property that overlooks the Wharf Marina and is adjacent to the Orange Beach Event Center. This puts the Sr. Sales Manager at the heart of a major entertainment and business hub.

Key Responsibilities

You will build excellent relationships with local and national association & business clients clients, third parties, and community organizations in order to generate business for the hotel.

Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team.

A job in sales is a great way to learn about the entire hotel.

This position can set you up for a progressive career in the sales discipline, including learning about new market segments, tackling larger hotels, serving as Director of Sales, and even working as a national salesperson or third-party planner.

Education & Experience Applicants should have

A college degree or two years of hotel experience

Hotel Sales Experience, Required.

Limited Service Marriott Experience, Highly Preferred.

Banquets/Catering Experience, Highly Preferred.

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
