The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of seven outlets, including five full-service dining venues, and must have a deep culinary foundation, Forbes-level service expertise, and a proven track record in resort F&B operations. This role demands a polished, hands-on leader with a strong background in high-end dining or resort environments, and experience in overseeing multiple outlets, particularly those with full-service dining.
Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high-end dining or resort settings, and at least 5 years in senior F&B management at the Director or VP level. A culinary or hospitality degree is preferred, and a history of career stability in leadership roles is essential.
